Privacy policy.

Just race. Arcada saves your progress on your device and does not send it to phelgo.
This policy explains how phelgo (“we”, “us”) handles information when you play Arcada on iPhone and iPad or contact us for support.
Information in the game
Arcada does not require an account. The game does not collect or transmit personal information to us and does not include advertising, tracking, or third-party analytics SDKs.
Your game progress, including your chosen ship, unlocked ships, coins, best lap times, cup results, and settings, is stored locally on your device so you can pick up where you left off. We do not have access to this data through the game.
Arcada does not access your microphone, camera, photos, contacts, or location.
Storage and deletion
Your progress remains on your device until you delete it. Deleting the game, rather than offloading it, removes its local game data.
Depending on your device settings, game data may also be included in backups managed by Apple or backups you make on a computer. Those backup copies are controlled separately from Arcada. We do not operate a cloud storage or synchronisation service for your progress.
When you contact us
If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include, such as your message or attachments. We use this information to respond to your enquiry and help resolve problems.
Support correspondence is processed by our email service provider to deliver and store messages. We do not sell your information or use support messages for advertising. We keep correspondence only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and meet any applicable legal obligations.
You can contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you have sent us. We will handle your request in accordance with applicable law.
Apple’s services
Apple operates the App Store and device services, including backups and optional diagnostics. Apple’s handling of information through those services is governed by Apple’s privacy policy and your Apple account and device settings.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when Arcada or our privacy practices change. The current policy will be available on this page, with an updated effective date. Where required, we will provide additional notice or seek your consent.
